To get from Gimhae Airport to Hwamyeong, the hospital's prototype guide lists taking the Gimhae Light Rail to Sasang and then transferring to Metro Line 2. After transferring to Line 2, the prototype indicates heading in the Yangsan direction.
When planning, include baggage claim, walking transfers, and waiting time in your calculations; do not look only at train travel time. If you have a lot of luggage or your companions need rest, allowing extra time for transfers will make things more relaxed.
